Pampanga river after typhoon Labuyo.

I am glad the Pampanga river did not overflow its banks during and after Typhoon Labuyo passed the Central Luzon. The town of Apalit, with its Church tower is very much visible from NLEX highway. It still gives me a sense of fear, that it just takes a series of typhoons for the river to rage.
