We (me and my brother) arrived at Paramount, EDSA-SM North area around 5:30 PM. We were wondering why many people were looking dowm from the elevated pedestrian walkways.
We say a jeepney and a private car drivers with a traffic policeman arguing with each other. We shoot the scene for posterity.
