I saw this in the garden my sister maintains at our family house in Bacolod city. I noticed the texture of the leaves which unmistakably identified it as a frangipani or kalachuchi but the shape of the leaves was different. I posted in our Facebook Handbook Of Philippine Flowers and Plants and Al Claud immediately commented it was a new white frangapani hybrid.
