I saw these in SM North at Quezon City the other day. I wonder what is the name of the tree. It has red flowers I have not recognized. Tentative identification is cockspur red corral tree, the national tree of Argentina and the national flower of Argentina and Uruguay.
I need to verify this on time, here is a published photo of the flower when opened:
