White rain lily, storm lily , Zephyranthes candida.

We have posted pink rain lilies before. Here are white ones from QC Memorial Circle.

Zebra cactus, haworthia attenuata.



It looks like aloe vera with stripes.

a soft carpet of fernlike plant


It makes a soft ground carpet. I still do not know the name, but I am guessing tanecetum argenteum.



Best guesses for these plants are currently the common club moss (Lycopodium cernuum) or the Selaginella cuppresina, provided by our Facebook friend Dr. Romana Pahilanga delos Reyes.

Oh, the spike is now more of a bluish violet color. How the eye and camera think differently about colors.
