Found this tree with yellow berries growing in Diliman Creek besides Philcoa in Diliman, Quezon City. I am suspecting a ficus,

anahaw with yelowish inflorescenses?
Most photos of anahaw show red inflorescenses. I am wondering if these palm trees at San Francisco High School besides SM are anahaws too? Will the color turn red at a later stage?
