What helicopter brand is this?

I saw it hovering yesterday October 4, 2013 over the QC Memorial Circle. I think it was on a project by by ABS-CBN since it held a highly attended Ka Pamilya program today at the Circle.

It is not a Robinson helicopter or Jet Bell Ranger, we are sure! But what is it? MD?
