Unknown rubias four-petaled santan looking flowers,

Vicky Abay commented that they are queen rubias and Al Claud mentioned that the taller santans does not look like rubias in their leaves and even flowers,

Rubias and santans(ixoras) belong to the same family, Rubiaceae.
