A taller Philcoa pedestrian bridge is ready and waiting for its inauguration.

The HS25EXR has this panoramic shooting mode where the images are automatically stiched freeing the photographer from further post processing work! Here is a photo of the taller replacement bridge of the wide concrete pedestrian bridge which has suffered damage from tall vehicles over the height limit. One advantage is that the street sellers will have a hard time selling wares on the bridge as the width has been lessened.

Use vertical panoramic shot to capture tall trees

Here is a nice example. This tree is hard to shoot from a distance as you have to stand back to get a full image. Instead we use a panoramic shot in the vertical direction.

Panoramic shots with Sony DSC W370 camera

My sis allowed me to try out the Sony camera she gave to my lawyer sis. Here are some shots taken with the camera panoramic mode. Seems to be the major advantage with this camera. It is almost twice the weight of my Olympus VG110 cam whose panoramic mode requires the use of external software to stitch together images in contrast to the complete built-in capability of the Sony camera.
