Plants: chlorophytum comosum, spider or ribbon plant


I may be wrong but I am labeling the plant in this photo as a spider or ribbon plant. I recall my mother and sisters have potted versions of this plant, long ago, which looks like a grass.


Here is a variety, "vittatum" where the white stripes are more prominent, from Susan Estrope Dicker:
